Lovable Done For YouOne time buildYou keep the keys

I build it. You own it.

Turn your idea into a working product on Lovable with a one time build. You keep the account, the data, and the keys to keep growing it without me.

No retainers. No lock in. One clear project, from idea to live product.

Projects we have built

WellingSpeaker DreamFind My BarbadosLed by Community

You have ideas your business needs. What you do not have is time to become a builder as well.

I help non technical and busy founders turn those ideas into real products using Lovable. You pay once for the build, then you own everything and can shape it as you grow.

The analogy

Think of it like hiring a builder for a house. They design and build it, then move out.
You keep the keys.

The challenge

The problem

Most founders get stuck between idea and product because:

They cannot code and do not want to spend months learning tools.

Agencies want retainers, long scopes, and change requests for every tweak.

Freelancers disappear, take shortcuts, or keep control of accounts and access.

The cost is simple

You lose time, momentum, and potential revenue.

What you get

The offer

A one time build. Full ownership forever.

Here is the model:

  • I use Lovable to design and build your product end to end.
  • We agree a clear scope, fixed price, and timeline.
  • When the product is live, you become the full owner of the Lovable workspace.

You keep:

All user data.
All flows and automations.
All connected tools and integrations.

From that point, you can improve, extend, or redesign the product without involving me. If you want help later, we can start a new project. You are never locked in.

Who this is for

This service is built for:

Non technical founders

With a clear idea who do not want to run a dev team.

Busy entrepreneurs

Who need reliable tools to run their business, not another job.

Community leaders

Who want a proper member hub or portal.

Creators and consultants

Who want more than a landing page.

If you can explain the idea and the outcome you want, I can handle the product build.

Use cases

What we can build together

Some examples of what fits this model:

Customer or member communities

Spaces, feeds, events, and messaging.

Client portals

For agencies or consultants.

Internal tools

Manage operations, content, or events.

Simple products to test new offers.

Application systems

Speaker portals or onboarding flows.

And more...

Custom solutions for your needs.

Everything is built inside Lovable so you can update copy, logic, and layout without code.

How it works

How it works

01

Idea and alignment call

We start with a short call. You share the idea, the audience, and what success looks like. If it is a fit, I suggest a simple scope and ballpark price.

02

Scope and fixed proposal

You get a clear written scope. It lists features, integrations, and what will be live at launch. We agree a fixed project fee and target date.

03

Build and show

I build your product in Lovable. You see progress in stages, with short Loom videos or live walkthroughs. We keep small feedback cycles so nothing drifts.

04

Testing and polish

We test flows with real scenarios and a few early users if you have them. We fix issues, tweak copy, and make sure it feels simple to use.

05

Handover and ownership transfer

Once it is ready, the Lovable workspace is under your control. You get admin access, documentation, and short training so you feel confident using it.

After that, you can keep going on your own — or come back for a separate round of work.

What you get at the end

Every project includes:

  • A live product on Lovable, ready for real users.
  • Admin access to the Lovable workspace.
  • Clear documentation of the main flows and settings.
  • A short video walkthrough you can share with your team.
  • A simple change log of what was built.

Optional extras you can add:

  • One or more onboarding sessions with your team.
  • Template messages and scripts for your first users.
  • A short launch checklist.
