Community hosts
Peer roundtables in RevOps Co-op, Pavilion, Partnership Leaders chapters, CMA huddles — anywhere a small group runs a structured 45–90 min conversation.
A 45-minute partner-revenue roundtable, turned into a mobile companion and a take-home one-pager. Built for Francisco Opazo's Catalyst Power Circle under the Partnership Leaders brand — and opened up as a free Lovable template anyone running a structured session can clone in one click.
Francisco hosts the Catalyst Power Circle — a 45-minute roundtable on turning community partnerships into revenue motions, under the Partnership Leaders brand. The format is tight: opening, intros, three discussions, close.
Most hosts run this kind of session with a deck and a worksheet PDF. Time gets away from the host. Participants take messy notes they never revisit. The 'takeaway' is a slide they screenshot, not a plan they'll act on.
The goal: a phone-first companion that walks each participant through the session in lockstep with the host, captures their thinking inline, and ends with a copy/email-ready one-pager — all under the Power Circle / Partnership Leaders brand.

Welcome → Opening → Fast intros → three discussions → Experiment builder → Close. Swipe through the actual screens participants tap during the session.

Eight surfaces, one tight session. Each area below is a capability list — what the app does for participants and the host.
TanStack Start v1 (React 19 + Vite 7) — SSR-friendly out of the box.
Tailwind CSS v4 (CSS-first, no tailwind.config.js) with semantic tokens in src/styles.css.
Space Grotesk (display) + Inter (body) + JetBrains Mono (numerics).
TanStack Router file-based routes — /, /session/$step, /experiment, /close.
Local-only useLocalStorage hook with debounced, SSR-safe writes.
shadcn/ui primitives available; session UI hand-built for tight mobile control.
None. No database, no auth — fully static SSR React app.

Peer-group operators who want a structured session companion their members actually open on their phones.
Repeatable curricula where each participant should leave with their own plan, not a slide screenshot.
Sales kickoff or QBR facilitators running a 'build your own 30-day plan' segment that needs a tangible artifact.
Private events that want a phone-based worksheet instead of printed cards on the table.
Session hosts who want attendees to walk out with a one-pager they can paste into Slack on the way home.
The shell is the value. Swap the content arrays and the brand assets — keep the structure — and you have your own session app in an afternoon.
Replace STAGES in src/lib/session-data.ts with your own time windows, titles, prompts, sub-prompts and accent colors.
INTRO_THEMES, MOTIONS, PARTNER_ARCHETYPES, ACTIVATIONS, FOLLOWUPS and METRICS are plain arrays — swap them for the language of your domain.
Change the Experiment shape and the builder steps in src/routes/experiment.tsx to capture whatever take-home your session actually produces.
Replace the logo SVGs in src/assets/ and the gradient stops in src/styles.css. All colors flow through semantic tokens.
Update HOST_EMAIL so 'Share with host' mails the right person.
Add Lovable Cloud if you want to collect submissions instead of keeping everything device-only.
Sign up free on Lovable, hit remix, and the entire Catalyst Power Circle app clones into your workspace — ready to rebrand, retheme and run for your community.
